Testimonials Hi Dr Puff, I found your podcasts recently and started listening to the Meditation for Health podcast first. I have been meditating on and off for a few years, but wanted to get back to it properly. I enjoy them enormously so I then started listening to the Enlightenment podcast, which I am finding really fascinating. I have started from the beginning with both so have a lot to catch up! I have also started watching the Holistic Success show from the beginning, and am finding it very helpful. I am a 59 year old grandmother living in the North of England. I have had a lot of health challenges over the last 12 years and am looking for help with them. Becoming more spiritual is part of the answer, I feel sure. I am already beginning to see them in a different light. I am the witness of them and have stopped identifying myself as a person with health challenges. I am trying more to “just be”. Thank you for your wonderful podcasts, I have also been looking into the Law of Attraction, and feel that you came to me through asking for help from the Universe and being open to it coming to me. With love and gratitude I have learned something new at each retreat. I also value the time to practice different meditative techniques. I always leave the retreats feeling tremendous inner peace. Dr. Puff’s gently and kindly leads us through the basics and then adds in somethings new about living a meditative life. I see this retreat as a reflective stop for one day every 4-5 months, to get back in touch with me. This reminds me to be in the moment when I am with people each day during the week. Hello Dr. Puff, My name is Andrew Dyche and I live in Atlanta, GA. I’ve been listening to and enjoying your podcasts and have started meditating on a regular basis with great success. I recently, as of about three years ago began stuggling with anxiety-panic disorder and social phobia. It was quite a challenge at first, but I have been progressing in an incredible way. Even suprising myself with the changes I’ve been experiencing. Many thanks for your podcast! You have really helped me to become a more overall peaceful individual through the guided meditation process. Even though I have been progressing, some challenges still present themselves on occasion. I recently have been told that I have to get my wisdom teeth removed. As this may not represent a fearful situation in another person, I am quite fretful about it. I am inquiring about you making a guided meditation for someone going through a dental procedure or surgery. I am confident that with meditation, relaxation, and prayer I am going to come through this situation a better person than I was before. Knowing that I can confront any situation without fears. I have used the “Living a Fearless Life” guided meditation, it is great. However, I feel a more personalized guided meditation for this situation would help me and others like me to feel alot better about future events involving surgery. If you could find the time to create this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for all you have done in the past and will continue to do in the future! Dr. Puff, I wrote to you way back in August and mentioned that your podcast led to me beginning a daily meditation practice. You addressed some questions I had in Episode 84 of the meditation for health podcast. It has now been roughly 4 months since I started meditating. I have yet to miss a day of meditation and I can definitely feel the differences in how I perceive situations. I can see myself reacting to things and change my behavior accordingly. I’ve adopted your mantra of “all is well” whenever things, both positive and negative, come my way. It’s been nice to just let life flow around me. Basically I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you for introducing me to meditation through your podcasts. I am always looking forward to meditating and have recently worked my way up from 5 minutes to 45 minutes each session. I had always hoped to adopt a “decompression” sort of activity in my routine and your podcasts really provided the gateway I needed to explore meditation. I am always looking forward to meditating and have recently worked my way up from 5 minutes to 45 minutes each session. Thank you again for providing an easy gateway for newcomers to meditation! Hi, I can’t ever remember writing to somebody without knowing them and congratulating them on their website. But, having stumbled upon yours recently – I have to congratulate you on the great work you’re doing. I’ve downloaded a few of your podcasts and listened to them and you nail it with every one of them. Without going overboard on the accolades – I like your focus on meditation – and the fact that you stress that meditation should be done regularly. And that it and the peaceful relaxed awareness it engenders should be the focus of our lives. I agree with that 100% – it is as necessary as the food we eat and the air we breathe. Meditation isn’t new to me – having meditated on and off for 20 years . But over the last year for some reason – my experiences have become deeper and I’ve finally twigged onto the fact that meditation actually tunes us into the source of everything. It’s like having our own personal goldmine – but the rewards are way more valuable than any metal and are so multifaceted. I’m sure you know what I mean! I cannot begin to tell you how much of a transformation I’ve experienced in myself from when I first started to practice up until the present time. From complete distraction and confusion and looking back now – severe anguish – to the present time where all I need is the smallest reminder to step back, tune into that life and experience the sublime nature of the present moment. I particularly liked your podcast where you made the correlation between meditation and growth – listening to the podcast was an experience of synchronicity for me. I live on the other side of the world – so what you’re doing must reach a large number of people – and what you’re doing for them is immensely positive. In general I like your approach, genuineness and your focus in maintaining a peaceful and aware mindset throughout our daily lives. I don’t need to tell you to keep up the good work. Regards, Dear Dr. Puff, First off I would like to thank the both of you. You guys have truly changed my life! A few weeks ago my life was miserable and out of control. There was so much going on and I was always so depressed, sad, and had basically just give up on life. I had hit my wits end when my roomate called me stupid. I realized that I had to do SOMETHING in order to create a happier life, before I REALLY DID DO SOMETHING STUPID! I did some online research and found your website. I have viewed all of your shows and now I am a comletely changed person. My health is better, I am off dryugs, my feelings toward life and the people in it is better, and my overall apprectiation and quality of life has changed TREMENDOUSLY! I am 20 years old and I live in Boca Raton, FL. To be honest my hobbies used to be going out, doing drugs, and just numbing all my problems. But now my hobbies have changed. I love going on nature walks, I love to meditate twice a day, I love going out with my friends without getting too drunk, I love spending time with my family and cat =). Actually, this morning I found out that I had a nature trail in my neighborhood that I never even knew about! Once again, thank you for your insight, helpfullness, and love. Keep up with your shows they truly are inspiring! Peace - Gina Onori Hi Dr. Puff, I am from North Carolina and have been listening to your Meditation for Health podcasts. I recently began downloading the Holistic Success Show as well. I use your podcasts to help manage my bi-polar disorder and ADD. It helps me manage stress, focus effectively and fall asleep better. Because of my condition, I am unable to get health insurance and your podcasts have greatly improved my ability to manage my condition when I cannot afford medication or to visit my doctor. I am thankful for your podcast and will continue to expand my knowledge by purchasing your books (thanks for the free e-book!). Thank you for the work that you do! Your loyal listener, - Amy Amos Dear Dr. Puff, I’ve been a listener to your Meditation for Health Podcast for 6 months now. I’ve had many problems with anxiety for as long as I can remember. I am 24 yrs. old now. I’ve tried going to several psychologists to help me deal with the anxiety I’ve carried around inside, but could never find one that I could really connect with. None of these psychologists’ advice or insight has ever been as beneficial & life changing, not to mention an instant relief, as your podcasts have been for me. Literally, in a matter of months, I feel like a completely different person simply by meditating once in the morning and once at night before I go to bed. I am aware of the behaviors I needed to change in order to live a better life because of your podcast. You have given me the gift of “awareness” and I wanted to thank you for that. You are doing such a great service to those who don’t already know the benefits of meditation and how it can positively influence your outlook on the world we live in. I’ve introduced many friends of mine to your podcast and they have become regular listeners. I even made my dad, who is constantly working and can never get a chance to step away from it, a regular listener to your Meditation for Health podcast. He now takes time off work to sit and listen to your podcast with me. Thanks again for all of your services. All is well! - Carolina Garcia Dear Dr. Puff, I enjoy your podcasts so much. They are often the best part of my day! Thank you!!! - Susan Fritz, Dear Dr. Puff, I want to thank you and Elizabeth for the wonderful free resources you provide to the world. I am working to overcome some physical and mental health challenges right now, and I was looking for help with meditation. I have tried meditating on my own many times and wasn’t able to sustain it or feel successful. Using your podcasts and guided meditations, I am feeling like there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and that it isn’t an oncoming train! The information and assistance you provide for free is a blessing. I just wanted you to know how it is helping me. Peace, - Jen, Colorado
