Making a decision about who to see as your counselor is both difficult and important. My book talks a great deal about how I do therapy and who I am as a person. My book is more about how to heal and be healthy than anger management. If you would like, go to my "free e-book offer" and download a free copy of my book. Then you can read my book at your leisure and decide whether my approach to healing and growth will work well for you. My hope is that this book will help you in your quest for growth and improvement, whether you come to me or not.

A Message from Dr. Puff:
Ms. Elizabeth Lozano, M.A., MFT Intern and I have had a professional relationship for many years. I have watched Ms. Lozano go through her training to become a therapist and I am very excited that she has come to work along side me. I have great confidence in her both as an individual and as a Clinician. In working with Ms. Lozano you can be confident in knowing that you are receiving high quality care.

A great advantage of having Ms. Lozano work with me is that she is able to offer therapy at a much reduced rate, making quality care affordable for more people.

Ms. Lozano and I also work in collaboration in consulting, and creating Podcasts. Please look for our upcoming Podcast entitled “Creating and Maintaining a Healthy Living Environment”.
