Making a decision about who to see as your counselor is both difficult and important. My book talks a great deal about how I do therapy and who I am as a person. My book is more about how to heal and be healthy than anger management. If you would like, go to my "free e-book offer" and download a free copy of my book. Then you can read my book at your leisure and decide whether my approach to healing and growth will work well for you. My hope is that this book will help you in your quest for growth and improvement, whether you come to me or not.
