Dr. Puff

Dr. Robert Puff is a licensed
psychologist and is the author of Anger Work: How To Express Your
Anger and Still Be Kind. He maintains a private practice in
Southern California, and is a sought-after business consultant, guest
speaker, and radio/TV guest.
Dr. Puff received his first masters
degree at Princeton. Then he went on to Fuller to earn his second
masters degree, and Ph.D. in clinical psychology. Later he taught as
an adjunct professor at Rosemead Graduate School of Psychology. In
addition to his extensive professional training, Dr. Puff draws on his
personal experience of being happily married for over 10 years and
having 2 children.
In his private practice Dr. Puff
works with adults, adolescents, and children as young as two years
old. His approach to therapy is holistic, encompassing the thoughts,
emotions, physical health, nutrition, and relationships of the
individual. He teaches his clients to tap into and utilize their anger
to manage stress and heal from traumatic experiences. He has been
successfully helping individuals and families for 20 years.

Dr. Puff with his faithful assistant Einstein
Einstein is the office mascot. At the request of some clients, he

Making a decision about who to see as your counselor is both difficult
and important. My book talks a great deal about how I do therapy and
who I am as a person. My book is more about how to heal and be healthy
than anger management. If you would like, go to my
"free e-book offer"
and download a free copy of my book. Then you can read my book at your
leisure and decide whether my approach to healing and growth will work
well for you. My hope is that this book will help you in your quest for
growth and improvement, whether you come to me or not.

described, and used by Dr. Puff.
A Message from Dr. Puff:
Ms. Elizabeth Lozano, M.A., MFT Intern and I have had a professional
relationship for many years. I have watched Ms. Lozano go through her
training to become a therapist and I am very excited that she has come
to work along side me. I have great confidence in her both as an
individual and as a Clinician. In working with Ms. Lozano you can be
confident in knowing that you are receiving high quality care.
A great advantage of having Ms. Lozano work with me is that she is
able to offer therapy at a much reduced rate, making quality care
affordable for more people.
Ms. Lozano and I also work in collaboration in consulting, and
creating Podcasts. Please look for our upcoming Podcast entitled
“Creating and Maintaining a Healthy Living Environment”.
